I recently added a laptop to home wireless LAN. Laptop using Outlook 2007 on Vista o.s.
Other p.c. uses Outlook Express on XP. Using same e-mail address, I receive and send e-mails using either p.c. How can I veiw e-mails received and sent on one p.c. on the other? Can I then have all mail on both p.c.s? You probably gather that I am new to networks, etc. |

Usually, to receive all emails on multiple computers, leave a copy on the server when receive emails on any computer, but you can't share sent emails.
Go to Tools -> Email Accounts, select View or change existing accounts, locate the email account, click the button Change..., More Setting..., click the tab Go Advanced, Set Leave a copy of messages on the server checked. This is for Outlook 2003, other version might be slightly different. |
