I am using Outlook 2013 as the email client for a Virgin mail box. Has worked well up until three days ago when it started to partially download received emails. I can check this by using a web client to look at the emails it should have downloaded, so the Virgin server seems to be working normally.
I have checked the junk folder. I have also checked that there is no rogue .pst file somewhere that they are ending up in. I have tested sending emails and they seem to be working ok. I should also mention that the send/receive process does not raise any errors. I am stumped. Stuart |
