I've Outlook addin which adds the menu item in tools menu.

But, when I reset the menu bar using Tools->Customize,
if I click on tools menu item then MS Outlook crashes.

Above problem arise only in MS Outlook 2000. For onwards version it working fine.
Also, I read that, outlook stops responding (crash) when folder is changed after reset the tool bar. So, is it also apply for menu bar.

Please, suggest any solution as early as possible.
