Default importing a .CSV Contacts file from Excel to Outlook 2013,

I am importing a .CSV Contacts file from Excel to Outlook 2013, but when mapping values, they come in one raw instead of several raws. ex. Name, address, tele num, and so on. they should come like this to be able to map them:
Name
address
tele num

any suggestion please?

My immediate thought is that the process is looking for comma separated values and it looks as though your separator is a semi-colon. Replace the semi-colons with commas and try again.

dear gmayor:
you are quite right. I tried it and it succeeded. you are wonderful.
but, how can I let Excel, Access and Outlook save the out put Comma separate.CSV with comma instead of semi colon. I tried it again and it still saves them as semi colon separated ?
Thank you very much in advance.

If you save an Excel worksheet as CSV format, a comma delimited file should result. CSV is an acronym for Comma Separated Values.

Thank you very much again.
With your help I was able to save the right .CSV from Access and import it to Outlook, but I still have 2 problems:
When I export a file from Access to Excel and then save it to .csv, it still gives me semi colon instead of comma. also when I export outlook to .csv it gives me a file with comma , but I can not import it to Gmail. Gmail does not import it and gives no error at all. it just does not import it.
any clue please?

I'm afraid I know nothing about Gmail's address book.

It probably relates to your local regional list separator character in Windows Regional Settings. That being the case it might be safer to open the CSV in Word or even Notepad and replace the semi colon with comma for this exercise.
