incoming email message font too small
My Outlook incoming messages are also too light to read. When I click on the Tools button to fix this, I do not get a MAIL FORMAT option. I only have an option to change the size, color and choice of bold for sending/receiving messages--no option for type of font I prefer? I have Windows XP OS.

Lucy,
For Outlook v2010 you need to go into File > Options. Then select Mail from the options and click the Stationery and Fonts button. You can then use the Font buttons under New mail message to adjust the font colour, size etc of any incoming messages you receive. If you are using a different version of Outlook just let me know which version and I can let you know how to make the change. |

How can I tell my version of Outlook. Microsoft eliminated my Hotmail account and replaced it with Outlook?

Oh ok are you accessing outlook.com via an internet browser or do you have Outlook installed locally on your computer?
