Default Standard meeting time proposal 25 / 50 mins

Hi,

in our office the calendars of my colleagues look like tetris.
Invites are usually created for 30, 60 or 90 minutes, just as proposed in the duration dropdown menue of the outlook meeting invite form.

This results in a lot of stress since there is no time planned for even walking from one meeting room to the other.

We would like to change that and find 25 / 50 / 80 / ... mins as a duration proposal in the outlook form.

What vehicles are there to do this adaptions (besides using macros) on a company level?

cheers
Philipp
