making an email form in outlook that has restricted access and uses content control fields
Hi! I am trying to make an email template in Outlook where I can open an email message and have everything restricted except content control fields. I've tried to make a form in the form designer but it won't let me put in fields in the text part of the email address. I've tried making a word document with content control fields then choosing the option to email but when i re-open the document it doesn't save the subject text. Then I tried emailing the actual message from Word and it saves the content control fields but it doesn't let me "restrict editing" so that only the fields can be filled in and nothing else can be written. See attached screenshot and thanks for your help! |
