Seeking clarification here about creating more mailbox space after archiving.
Once I archive my inbox folder, an "Outlook Data File" is created on my computer and named "archive." At this point, can I manually delete files from the inbox folder, but still access them in the future (if need be) by opening the "Outlook Data File"? |
