Trying to set up Outlook 2013 to link with my Sky account. My ISP are proving useless. If I run through the following can someone help me please;
Add new account Click manual set up Click pop or imap Then in the list goes my name, sky email address, POP3 Then incoming server is pop.tools.sky.com? Then outgoing server is it smtp.tools.sky.com or is it the server provided by my ISP? Is user name and password my Sky email and Sky password or the ones proved by my ISP? Click more settings click the outgoing settings tab and click "my outgoing server requires authentication" Click advanced tab and set incoming server to 995 with SSL on the drop down? What is the outgoing server number? is it default? Asked my ISP they said they didn't know Please help - will be eternally grateful!!! |
