Default mail merge

When mail merge for say 30 e-mail, can these be sent at an interval instead of as a burst?

I know this probably won't be much help, but I know you can set 1 message to be delayed in sending. I'm sure you could delay each message individually in your outbox before they send, but that would take a while. It would be a nice feature to add if it isn't buried in there already.
