Hi,
In my sent items if I sort by the 'TO' field, Outlook does exactly what it's supposed to. Unfortunately, over time (years) I've sent e-mail to the same contacts, but for whatever reason - Display name on my Outlook, replying to e-mails, cutting and pasting of e-mail addresses when sending e-mail, the TO field displays all these different names. And I don't want it to! To clarify: I might be able to see e-mails sent to: Andrew F 'Andrew F' andrew@isl-computers.co.uk (andrew@isl-computers.co.uk) ...which when grouped all group differently. I want to simply define the TO field so that it looks JUST at the e-mail address. That way I can sort by TO and get all e-mails sent to one person, not different aliases. I've tried putting the e-mail field in and that doesn't work, either. Help? A |
