I have changed email providers, and am not familiar with outlook 2003. I was able to delete emails, I have changed the way the emails are deleted. Instead of deleting the emails, it crosses a line through it. How do I change it back to deleting the emails, and not the line. I want to delete the message and have it go to the deleted folder or trash. I don't want it to sit there with a line through it.
