![]() So we have 1 user using Outlook 2002 and Windows XP sp3 who when she replies to a message on her machine, sections of the old text has a black background and blue text, while other sections are the normal, white with blue. If she logs into Outlook from another machine this doesn't happen. When she sends the reply the other user doesn't see the incorrect section. I deleted her mail profile on the offending machine and that didn't resolve it. Any ideas? |
