When I am in Outlook and post a reply to an email sent to me, the reply automatically goes to my inbox as well as the designee. When I start a new email, the message does not go to my inbox, but to the designated individual only. I cannot get the message replies to stop filling my inbox when I reply. Any clues greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I misstated my level of Office when I posted. I am using Outlook under Office 2013. Therefore, there is no Tools menu is Outlook 2013. Your fix seemed to be right on the money, and I greatly appreciate your help, but how do I implement your suggested fix in Outlook 2013?

Thank you for suggestion. I'm attempting to follow your instructions as specifically as possible, but I'm not winding up in the same place as you, since I cannot locate the setting “In folders than the Inbox” option. Let me explain how I am trying to get there: I am following this path in Outlook 2013: File>Options> and then both >Mail or >Advanced Options, then looking for your suggested “In folders than the Inbox” , but not finding it. I have been through these paths many times, even before your suggestions, looking for some sort of setting which might solve my problems, but not finding it. Your request that I invoke: File >> Options >> E-mail Options >> Advanced E-mail Options does not directly leave me to the "In folders than the Inbox" option. Either this setting is missing from my copy of Outlook 2013, or I am missing something, since I am trying to follow your suggestions very literally.
