Syncing selected contacts between "Contacts" list and "Business Contacts"
Can selected contacts be synced between "Contacts" and "Business Contacts"?
I am new to using Outlook (inherited a machine with 2007 loaded) I liked the concept that I could sync my Blackberry with Outlook, and this established much of my contact list.
I also liked the idea I could sync information with Quickbooks... so I did. This sync established a whole new contact list, titled "Business Contacts". This gave me plenty of duplicates of contact. But with duplicated contacts, each list often missing an address or a phone number... or whatever.
I have been doing a fair amount of hand copying of information between lists, but that seems like something I might save some effort Any suggestions?
