Mark BCC when emails is sent from specific account

I am looking for VBA to mark xyz@rediffmail.com in BCC for all emails sent from specific account For eg. vijay1279@rediffmail.com

For ex. Whenever email is sent from vijay1279@rediffmail.com the sent email must have BCC to xyz@rediffmail.com
