Hi guys, I want to have a dummy folder which contains all the emails in my inbox, I know i can directly move from the inbox to the folder but then i lose the mail in the inbox. How can i create a sort of replica folder without making any changes to my orginal inbox.

Hi,
In Outlook 2010, highlight one or more emails by selecting each email while holding down the Ctrl key (or select them all with Ctrl-A). Once they are selected press Ctrl-C (to copy them). Go to your desired folder, then press Ctrl-V. Voila! |
