Default Automated E Mailing

Hello All

Each week at the same I send out an e mail to a set distrubtion list. At present I have a recurring diary entry to remind me to send the e mail. Question; is it possible to set upwithin outlook automatic e mailing?

I know from other sites I will not have to wait long for the answers, so thank you all for your assistance.

Regards Gobby

Hi,

This can be done with a combination of using the Windows Task Scheduler (to send out an email template), using Outlook VBA code (to do it yourself), or using a third part add-in. See http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/recurringemail.htm or my own add-in to send recurring emails on a schedule.

Default I knew I wouldn't have to wait very long for an answer.

Thanks for the reply, I'll work on this today (time permitting hopefully) and let you know how I get on.
