When I add a new entry to my Outlook 2007 Contacts List it does not appear in the list but when I try to repeat the process I am prevented from doing so on the grounds that the entry is already present though it is not visible in the list. When I try to import entries from Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail, this also does not work perhaps because the function sees the entries and does not duplicate them - I have specified the option avoiding duplication. Any suggestions please?
