Outlook "parameter values are not valid "

Sometimes when I attempt to send an e-mail I get a message "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid".

At that point the only way I can send the message is if I close Outlook, recreate the message (exactly the same as the original) and then sending works fine. This issue happens ~ every forth or fifth e-mail.

If anyone could help it would be most appreciated. Thanks!
