Default Deleting imap files from program files

I need to delete all files pertaining to an IMAP account I no longer use. I purchased an Outlook 2013 program. When it was installed it was installed as an IMAP account. When I discovered it was IMAP I followed the instructions and created a POP account and them removed the IMAP account from my Account Settings. I now have two accounts. The POP account I created, which is populated with the stand boxes such as In Box and over 50 Personal Folders I imported from my old Outlook 2003. There is still a second account listed on the Panel with standard boxes, but containing no data. I would like to remove that account. Properties indicates it is an IMAP folder residing in my Program Files. I have tracked it down to a file that begins with res://C:\....root\office 15 1033\OUTLWVW.DLL/outlook.htm. Can that file be deleted without affect the Outlook 2013 program.
