Help Please? How to configure one contact list?
Hello All,
I'm running Outlook 2007. I have Outlook set up to where I have created four separate email profiles (set it up to where I have to select which profile to use when opening Outlook each time) This is so I have complete separation of folders for each profile and and it's respective email address. My goal is to set up one common "contact list" that I can use within each of my four profiles. That is to say, whenever I open one of my four profiles, I want to have available to me in that profile, a contact list, "the same contact list", that is also available to me whenever I open any of my other three profiles also. Simply stated, I want to set up Outlook where I have one common contact list that is available to me in any of my four profiles. (I only want to have to manage one contact list among my four profiles, such as for any additions, changes, or deletions etc) I can call it a 'shared contact list', a 'common contact list', whatever....I used to have things set up this way similarly in Outlook Express among four separate Identities. Does anyone know how to configure a contact list in Outlook 2007, or a pst file, or whatever it may be called, that will accomplish my goal? Any help is deeply appreciated. Wow, nobody knows how to solve this issue.
Guess I'll have to resort to the people at Microsoft Forums. What value does this forum bring I have to ask....... |
