Installed Outlook 2013 on a new desk top in January 2014. I use Gmail as my provider. Account was set up as an IMAP "type"
. I want to change the "type" to POP . I have tried using the "Change" option in Account Settings, however, it is "grayed out." I have caused other issues like trying to move my "personal folders" from my old desk top (Outlook 2003) some moved, some didn't . What is the best way to proceed to cease using IMAP and start using POP I cannot find a "sent" folder in 2013 app... |
