ComboBoxes with same value

This is my first attempt at creating an Outlook form and I have searched and searched to find out why this is happening: I have a form not linked to anything and when I created the ComboBox and TextBoxes I needed for each row, I simply copied and pasted them. When I tested the form, when I made a selection in the ComboBox, all the other ComboBoxes changed to that value too. I tried creating new ComboBoxes instead of copying, but that didn't work either.
