Question Reading pane on TOP?

I know how to utilize the basic features/options of Outlook 2013 in respect to the reading pane. I know I can have none, or have it to the side or bottom. However, I want it at the Top.

There must be a way to switch this? Anyone know of a way to make the reading pane on the top vs. bottom? Thanks!
