(ask) unable to create account
hi folks
i was given this company laptop which was previously used by former staffs. There were 2 former staffs actually who were using this and I am about to create a new account but error message kept appearing. Is it common if let's say we have not created our company email to outlook, other person who are going to send me an email will definitely receive 'bounce back' to their own inbox from "mailer daemon" or stuff ? please advise thanks
