Exclamation Challenge: Get Custom Form to Show up in Reader Pane in 2007

I have a custom form but I send it, it won't show up in the receiver's preview "reading pane." I have Outlook 2007 and understand that this is fixable. Other sites refer cryptically to "regions," but I don't know what regions are, much less how to use them, and no one seems to have explained them online.

Any help on solving this would be most appreciated!
