QuickStep to ReSend a message from the Sent folders?
Is it possible to create a QuickStep to resend a sent message? I frequently will send the same message to several people using the "ReSend" ability, changing the person to whom to send in order to make personalized or similar actions on editing a resend. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! And HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! And may all the real and political Covid go away!!! |

If you open the message. 'Resend' is on the Message Tab of the ribbon.
Alternatively you could use a macro to resent the message - see the code at Macro to Resend Sent Message - however you will need to change the lines Code:
' update fields if needed olResendMsg.Subject = myItem.Subject & " (resend)" olResendMsg.Send Code:
' update fields if needed olResendMsg.Display
