Single mail database for outlook
Hi. I am working as an IT officer at a mail company. I would like to know if there is way that each employee in a work group can view an email sent. This is for the support group/call center agents of our company. Is there a way that an email sent to one of our agents can go to a single data base that can be opened by any agents. Thanks.
