Default Moving appointments from one user's calender to another, with the ability for user to

I have 5 users in office 365, each user has a calender which are shared.

When I create an appointment on one calender and move it to a different calender, it says its a "meeting" instead of an "appointment" and won't let the user edit the information on their phone.

Screen shots from the phone are shown below, the edit button is missing.

Is there a way to move appointments from one calender to the other and still have it where the user can edit the text in all appointments on their calender?

I don't need for the user to "accept" the appointment or anything like that. I just want to be able to put an appointment on their calender and have them have the ability to edit the appointment.

I had sbs2003 with exchange before, and I was hoping I wouldn't have this problem with office 365

Can anyone help me with this please, its driving me crazy ._.
