Smile Journal/Task Sorting

In our company each individual will track time in their personal journal.

I would like to gather each entry from each individual and sort them by company.

For example

Bob:
Subject Start Duration Company
PC installation Tue 2/4/2014/10:00 AM 2 h ABC
Consulting Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h GM
Management training Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h INTERNAL

Sue:
Subject Start Duration Company
Project planning Tue 2/5/2014/10:00 AM 8 h ABC
Meeting on sales Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h ABC
Management training Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h INTERNAL

This would then get pulled into a new central location a task? or a new central journal?

And would look like this

Company ABC
Sue Project planning Tue 2/5/2014/10:00 AM 8 h ABC
Bob Meeting on sales Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h ABC
Bob PC installation Tue 2/4/2014/10:00 AM 2 h ABC

Company GM
Bob Consulting Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h GM

Company Internal
Sue Management training Tue 2/4/2014/2:00 PM 1 h INTERNAL

Now everyone time can be billed to one company. I know I'm quite specific, but it's more of a general idea of drawing everyone's tasks or journal entries in outlook into a central location.
