Why are message header rules are case sensitive
After years of wondering why the outlook rules don't always work I have just discovered the most important rule for blocking spam by looking at headers is case sensitive which renders it useless. Surely this is a simple programming error which can be quickly fixed ?

Case sensitives is stupid!
Learning that the rules are case sensitive is the stupidest thing Microsoft Outlook has done. It's a real paradise for spammers who have fun varying the different possibilities of writing the same word. With the money Bill Gates makes don't tell me he can't afford more qualified employees who will be able to use their intelligence and create rules that make sense.
