shared calendar
I am trying to create a shared callendar with 30 people. I need to be able to send a notification (or have days highlighted) when overtime is available. I then need people to be able to sign up based on our 12 hour overtime blocks, 8-8. Is this possible in outlook without a lot of extra steps after getting it set up? We already use outlook that is why I am asking here. If you have anysuggestions for another program I am all ears. Thanks.
