Default Oulook Mass Mailing

Hello Everyone!

Here is my scenario; i use outlook 2010 for my small business; i maintain a text file to keep line by line email address of my customers around 500+

once in month i usually send a HTML email to all of them; i use BCC and to send 50 ppl's at a time; it's repeated and lengthy; furthermore huge chance to get blacklisted on various servers; even my domain don't allow me to mass mailing;

is there any solution so that i use automation in this task; i.e outlook use 1 address in text file at one time; and send it untill last; same HTML massage

thanks

Hi,

Outlook can't do this natively (unless you're good at programming VBA that is).

You can however use a tool like Send Individually to send out HTML emails one at time.
