Default Security Certificate alert when signing into Outlook 2010

I have a user who gets the following prompt whenever she opens her outlook client

She is the only user who gets this error message. Is there anyway to disable it? I have tried Method 4 as described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2783881
but it didn't work.

My domain name is (this is a fake name) intra.helloworld.com

I tried to create reg string values for
mail.intra.helloworld.com (our mail subdomain)
ex01.intra.helloworld.com (our exchange server)

ex02.intra.helloworld.com (our exchange server)

But it still pops up. Should I try something like *.helloworld.com or just helloworld.com? Is there any other way to resolve this?
