Color changing Categorie issue

I have a user who uses a public calendar and changes the color category multiple times a day. For 1 user the color does not update. Same version of office 2007. About 6 other uses who also view this calendar have no issues and can see the updated colors. All have the same permission to the public calendar.

Any idea?
