Can I use an MS Forum Outside my Exchange Domain?
Hi all. I'd much appreciate any help you can be with my scenario. I have customers that I want to email in certain order information in a standard format. What initially came to mind, from the 15 years ago I was in IT Support, was to use an MS Outlook form and send it to them all to just fill out and click send. Not sure that's an option though for users outside my domain. Any thoughts on how best I could do this? I need to make it very simple for my customers, as their patience level is minimal unfortunately due to the industry. Thanks so much for any and all thoughts!!!! |

Hi,
I believe Outlook forms are only usable with an Exchange domain. Your options are limited unfortunately because of the SMTP (email) standard. If I were you, I would instead make it text based (not even HTML) and try to make it as simple as possible.
