Create a Sticky Note on Desktop for FYA
On a daily basis I receive roughly 300 emails. Of that 300 there are roughly 50 that I actually need to see or care about. There are emails that require my immediate attention. Those emails will contain the phrase FYA in the subject line. Is there way to have any email with FYA posted as a sticky note to my desktop when it comes in? Or something else that will make those emails highly visible besides catagories and task flags? |

Hi,
What you're looking for is called "conditional formatting". Here is a Youtube link to how to do it in Outlook 2010: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuudD32RxU4 In Outlook 2007 it is a similar process but you start with the "View" menu item.
