My Outlook folder is approximately 10gb. I want to back these messages up to a CD/DVD and remove them from my computer.
How can this be done without altering the way outlook is working? |

Hi,
I would use the Archive function in Outlook to move all those emails to a different store. Then, write that store to the CD/DVD. Optionally, you could use a 3rd party product like (* ahem *) Sperry Software's Attachment Save add-in, which saves individual messages directly to your Windows folders, preserving the Outlook folder structure.
