An acquaintance of mine sends me very highly charged political emails. I have politely asked him a number of times to take me off his mailing list. He will not do it and persists in sending me his political crap. He has a hotmail account so his emails come in as "XXXXX@hotmail.com."
I use Outlook 2007 as my email reader. Even though I put his emails into the blocked/junk folder and assign anything else from him to go to the blocked/junk folder. However, any new mailings from him continue winding up in my regular In-box. I can't figure out why only this particular sender's emails get through to my In-box when anything else I assign as junk email smoothly goes to the right folder when they come in. Anyone got an idea how I can kill this guys emails? TIA.....Bob |

Hi Bob,
Have you tried simply creating a rule that permanently deletes any email from that sender? Mike Sperry http://www.SperrySoftware.com Find 37 Outlook add-ins that can make a difference! |
