Default Help create contact with CC's built in

Okay, so I'd like to make a contact that I can just select and have it automatically send it "TO:" someone and "CC:" to some other addresses.

Is there a prefix or line of code I can just add in the contact "email address" box that will automatically put the email address following said prefix into the cc box?

Or is there any way to do this?
