Default Mass email of 83 stuck in send & rece3ive

Have Outlook 10. Sent an email with 83 recipients, send will not finish. Keeps trying. I send mass emails into the hundreds all the time using a program called Mail List King. I had this same problem years ago in Outlook 7. I have 2 emails in the outbox waiting for the mass email to clear. I know this is fixable, just don't know how to do it

Telling people that isn't going to make you very popular. But on the Send/Receive tab, click Work Offline. Then delete the email or move it.
