I rest my Outlook password and re-booted my laptop.



Now when I go to open Outlook it asks me for my password my new password will not work nor will my old password work.

I tried to do a system restore but that did not work either

Is there away I can rest Outlook to open?

I'd try a new profile.
Go to control panel - mail
Create a new profile and set this as default.
Reopen outlook and it should reconfigure and open normally.
