"Unable to display the folder" error on viwing another Mailbox
Hi,
I am trying to include in my Outlook another Mailbox, which is a Distribution Group. This is what I have done: On the server within Active Directory I have added the Distribution Group to my Settings. Then on my desktop Outlook I did Tools->Email-Accounts I have added the Distribution Group mailbox. Re-started Outlook and I can see the new mailbox at the bottom, but when I click I get the following message: "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location." I have checked my settings on the Server with another user who has access to the same Group Mailbox and made sure they are the same, but didn't help. Any ideas please ? |

You have not mentioned whether the owner of the shared mailbox granted you the appropriate permission.
