Default Contact group inbox colour help

Hello,

Please could someone help?

I have a colleague who is the member of two contact groups, sales and purchasing. There are two or three members of each contact group. Is there a way using conditional formatting whereby any emails that come through to the inbox due to them being a member of the sales group are shown in blue and any emails that come through to the inbox due to them being parts of the purchasing group are shown in green?

Thank you.

Brett
