Shared mailbox issue with rules.
Hi,
I'm currently having an issue with outlook 2010. I'm trying to make a rule as follows. When email with subject "123" is sent, copy sent email to: Shared-inbox1 > "123 folder" When I attempt to select the "123 folder" in the shared email inbox, then it goes back the the widow where I select what it does, but it doesn't display that folder was selected. It seems as though it may be caused because it's might be a client side rule, and the shared folder isn't for some reason considered client side. Is there any way I can make that sent email automagically end up in that shared folder? |

You cannot create a rule to do that; you'd need an add-in like the Sent Items Organizer to move or copy emails to shared folders (an add-in produced by my company) or you can look on http://www.howto-outlook.com for email organizers.
