I have Windows 8 (64).
Few weeks ago, my outlook stopped giving me email notifications - both sound and visual. Both are checked in Options and work well when tested. does any one know what's the problem and how to fix it? I have come across some posts on the internet about Skype interfering with Outlook and some complex instructions how to fix it in the registry - which I'm not prepared to do. Is this a known issue? can anyone help please? |

looking at the number of replies vs number of views on these posts, it appears that there are no MS experts to provide advice, and hardly anyone posts a reply.
Do we have an MS expert here??? when I contact MS directly - they want to charge me for advice. I think it is Microsoft's responsibility to provide free support on their (very expensive) products. otherwise it looks like it's a waste of time to post questions on the MC community forums where everyone has questions but hardly anyone has answers. |
