Hi all,
My first posting here! Years ago in Outlook 2000 it was simple to: New Letter to Contact I now have Outlook 2012, though I see no advantage to me over 2000, and the New Letter to Contact is gone. Has anyone got any ideas for being able to create a letter to a contact using a word template and storing that letter when sent in the contact record, please? If it's just too hard for Outlook, are there any third party utils you would recommend? I have a copy of Act! but it's total overkill when this is all I need. It seems such a simple function, I really can't understand why MS left it out of this version! Many thanks, Jenny |
