Default Locating current/actual contact form.

I'm trying to modify the Business Card format of the Contact form.

But when I open the form the "General" layout in the form designer under the "General" tab looks nothing like the "General" layout in the actual Contact form. (See attached images)

However when I "Run this form" it does look like the actual Contact Form I am used to.

I am now confused.

So where is the actual form hidden?
