Using outlook as time tracker?
Thanks for reading..
So I have come up with the idea of using MS Outlook to track time and attendance. Basically an email will go out to everyone at 3:00am and when the employee logs into their computer they will respond to the email. Additionally, an email will go out at 12:00pm and when the employee leaves they will respond again. Not a perfect system but it’s the best I can do. Having said that, I need a way to export this data into a spreadsheet of some kind with the time and date. I have found out how to export some of the date, just not the time or date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am open to any and all suggestions. I really dont want to have to do this by hand. JTNCarter |
